Public club material
Club photographs, logos, videos and linked recordings may carry copyright and permission restrictions. Contact DSA before reuse. The club's ownership/licensing, photography permissions, guest/minor arrangements and removal process are [[CONFIRM: approved media ownership, consent and removal policy]].
Member photographs
Profile and cover photographs are private according to the feature and your choices. The member directory is optional. Uploading a profile photo does not automatically publish it on a public player page. Publishing player images is a separate staff action.
Uploads and reports
Upload only material you own or are permitted to share. Do not share unlawful, harmful or private content about another person without authority. Report an inappropriate message or attachment using the reporting controls.
External media
Photo albums, recordings and social services opened through external links are governed by those services' policies.
