Community & messaging standards

A respectful club space
Treat members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual exploitation, impersonation, spam and unlawful content are not permitted. Share only material you have authority to share. Do not post another person's contact details or sensitive information without permission.
Messaging
Direct messages require acceptance. Team conversations follow current authorised team membership. Leaving a team changes access; historical sporting records remain separate. Members can block a direct contact or report a message.
Reports and review
Use Report on the relevant message and give a clear reason. Authorised moderators receive the reported evidence needed for review. They do not receive unrestricted access to every conversation. Files and safety
Only supported file types and sizes may be uploaded. Documents and videos must pass the configured scanner. A clean scan reduces risk but does not guarantee that every file is safe or appropriate. Never share credentials or payment-card details.
Urgent concerns
Do not rely on portal messaging as an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For other club concerns, Contact DSA at feedback@dsasportsclub.ca. Include the policy name and enough information to identify your request. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes or card details.
