Using the website

Use club information responsibly. Published fixture times and venues can change; check the latest match or event details before travelling.

Accounts and responsibilities

Adult member and staff accounts are individual. Keep your password and authenticator private. Do not impersonate another member, share harmful content or try to access another team’s private space. Contact the club if access or account recovery is needed.

Payments and event registration

Review the amount, currency, frequency and policy before paying. A recurring plan continues until cancelled under its stated terms. Returning from Stripe is not proof of payment. Paid event places require verified payment; waitlist and payment hold rules appear during registration. A booking cancellation does not automatically issue a refund, and a refund does not automatically cancel future recurring dues. Donations are voluntary, and payment receipts are not charitable tax receipts.

Photos, videos and external links

Club material and linked recordings may have usage restrictions. Contact DSA for permission to reuse content. Membership, event participation and sporting rules are governed by the club’s separately approved policies.
