Event registration & cancellation

Reserve your place
Read each event's time, venue, price, permitted party size and registration policy. Member accounts belong to adults. Reserving permitted additional places does not create accounts for guests. Any guest eligibility and participation conditions are [[CONFIRM: club-approved guest, accessibility and participation arrangements]].
Capacity and waitlists
Places depend on availability when the booking is processed. Where enabled, a full event offers a waitlist. An offer or payment hold has a deadline shown with the reservation. A waitlist place is not a confirmed booking.
Paid bookings
A paid reservation requires verified payment. Complete payment before the hold expires. A duplicate checkout should not be started while an existing checkout remains open.
Cancellation and event changes
Use the registration controls to request cancellation. Paid bookings may require club review. Cancelling a booking does not automatically issue a refund. Event changes, cancellation deadlines and refund entitlements are [[CONFIRM: club-approved event cancellation, postponement and refund policy]].
